Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Paisley Tours, we are committed to delivering high-quality experiences while being fair and transparent with our guests. Our cancellation policy reflects standard industry practice and ensures we can manage bookings effectively.

 

If You Need to Cancel

• More than 48 hours before your tour
  A full refund or free rescheduling to another available date.

• Between 24 and 48 hours before your tour
  A 50% refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).

• Less than 24 hours before your tour or failure to attend
  No refund or rescheduling can be offered.

 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the tour has begun.

If We Need to Cancel

Should we need to cancel due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
